Dear stakeholders!
In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "Some issues of reforming the management of the forest sector" dated September 7, 2022 No. 1003, a single state specialized forestry enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" was established. State forestry enterprises subordinated to State Forest Resources Agency of Ukraine are liquidated by joining the SE "Forests of Ukraine" and acquire the status of branches of this enterprise.
Such legislative changes made it necessary to carry out the procedure "to time-critical revision of the standard, which relate to changes in national laws and regulations affecting compliance with PEFC International requirements " and introducing amendments and additions to the standard UA SFM ST 02 Sustainable Forest Management. General provisions as well as related standards.
The introduced changes allow the certification bodies to certify both the legal entity directly and its branches, representative offices, departments or other separate units (FMU).

The new editions of these documents dated December 26, 2022 cancel and replace the previous editions.
